Overview
This page explains how to ask us to delete the data we hold about you, and how to remove Queue Console’s access to the social media accounts you connected. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Remove access from a connected platform
You can revoke Queue Console’s access at any time from the settings of each platform you connected, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile or Mastodon.
Revoking access ends our ability to act on that account. To have the data we have already stored deleted, send a deletion request as described below.
Request deletion of your data
Send a message through our contact page with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the email address on your account.
The data we may hold includes:
- Account information, such as your name, email address and organization
- Connected account identifiers and access tokens
- Content you submitted, such as scheduled posts, drafts, published content and media uploads
- Usage and diagnostic data, such as log data and device information
What happens next
As described in our Privacy Policy, when an account is closed:
- Access to the Service is revoked
- Data may be deleted within a reasonable time
- Some logs may be retained for security and legal purposes
Customer and agency data
If you use Queue Console on behalf of clients, we process that data solely on your behalf. Requests about a client’s data should come from you.
