Terms of Service for Queue Console
On this page
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Queue Console (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
Queue Console provides tools for scheduling, publishing, and managing social media content and engagement (comments, messages) across connected third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X).
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Connected Platform Accounts
When you connect a third-party platform account to the Service, you authorize us to access and act on that account within the scope of permissions you grant (e.g., publishing posts, reading and replying to comments) for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this access. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to that platform’s own terms of service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, pornographic, or abusive content
- Use the Service to violate the terms of service of any connected platform
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited bulk communications
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, schedule, or publish through the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate the Service (e.g., publishing a scheduled post to a connected platform). You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your Customer Content.
Agency / Multi-Client Use
If you use Queue Console on behalf of clients, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and authorizations from those clients to connect their accounts and manage their content through the Service.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends in part on third-party platform APIs; outages, rate limits, or policy changes on those platforms may affect functionality outside our control.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled after account closure.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queue Console will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or connected-platform access.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
